Holiday Panic
The holidays can be a time of more anxiety.
Meal planning, relatives you don't like or gift buying expectations. (I'm not trying to panic you by listing all of these things, I just want you give a few examples of what could be going this time of year).
Taking care of yourself is the most important thing you can do to prepare for the holidays. I imagine that
taking care of yourself is the last thing on your list of things to do. Are YOU are your list of things to do? Self care is a principle that is a great lifestyle to use year-round. Start using these principles and techniques now and get momentum going as you move into the New Year. Cheryl Richardson is a life coach and author who has written books on extreme self-care. I suggest starting this program for yourself this year so that you have momentum built for the coming year.
"You are the most important person in your life after all, think about how much time you spend with yourself. Be good to yourself this holiday season !" Cheryl Richardson
Have a happy and relaxed holiday season!
